Did you need any spacers/washers on the drive side when installing them? Just wondering as I got the exact same model today.. and having problems with them in regards to chainring bolt(s) rubbing against the frame (see viewtopic.php?f=3&t=146462)

Does anyone happen to know the weight difference between the Sram Red Dzero power meter cranks and a standard sram red exogram crankset?

Original Sram RED and RED22 (exogram, hidden bolt, integrated carbon spider, BB30/PF30 only) weights 356g (arms, preload adjuster, 30 mm spindle, 110 BCD spider).

Sram RED22 (also sold as force 22, quarq and s900) with removable spider wheights 461g (arms, 30 mm spindle, preload ajuster, spacers for BB30/PF30) + 56 g for 110 BCD spider and bolts - total 517 g. It's exogram (hollow arms) and has a fake hidden bolt (it is hidden behind an arm but is not screwed directly into arm as in original RED crankset). Also spindle is longer so you can use it with BB/PF30 and/or BB30A, BBRight, BB386Evo.
