Tonight I did an idiot mistake and twisted the thin "bolt" that is used for register the brake pads.
It twisted and a piece of it is still inside.
Does anyone know if it's possible to get spare parts for it?
I know the easiest way would be to send it back to Cycleworks/Cake Creeks in USA but being located in Europe is surely not gonna help.
Thanks in advance.

NB: yes I sent an email to Cane Creek, and also the shop that sold them to me.

did you get any response from cane creek?

i need a replacement ee brake cable clamp bolt, tried emailing a week ago with no luck, and again using their webform friday (morning in europe, maybe that's still too soon for them to respond)

Thanks sugarkane for the offer, much appreciated!

I emailed directly Craig and he was kind enough to reply me on Sunday, by Tuesday Peter of CaneCreek had already shipped out the piece on warranty.
It's really a small piece, but the service was 10/10.
This is definitely gonna keep me on board with eeBrakes for future builds.

...and their brakes are top notch, too. I've got 3-4 seasons on mine now and they're every bit as good now as they were then.

Good to hear it hasn't tanked with the acquisition. Hope the EE crew made millions!

I had a mechanic break the slamset top cover bolt.
He didn't seem to do anything wrong, just unfortunate.
Emailed Cane Creek, told them what happened and they mailed a new bolt from US to Europe.

I felt like that was excellent service from Cane Creek.
