Do you not have a local shop who stocks ee stuff as they should have access to the distributor in your country therefore access to spares catalogue etc

Just sent an email to the spanish distributor, waiting for the response. This part is not sold alone, its sold together with all the shoe and hardware assembly.

Why not try a conical washer from Shimano or Sram? Looks like a pretty standard part to me. Could be worth a try.

Hello, many thanks for the idea. I got one of my Durace and its so similar (the Durace is little bit wider) and the shape its the same.
