That frame weight is heavier than I would have expected. My 56cm Sagan with bottle bolts and seat wedge etc was 920g. Either way enjoy your frame!

No reason why not.. quickstep while testing had a non Specialized stem combined with the new aerofly.
Designed with standard clamp diameter and widths.

The bars are 31.8 so any stem that is also 31.8 will work. My issue is finding a pair in 42. My LBS has had it on order for over two weeks now. (Also shown as out of stock on Specialized's web page.)

Are you guys 100% sure you have the Ultralight Frame sets that you are weighing?
Most of the weights are definately out from what we should be expecting and the pictures look like the logos are in white not silver.
The Ultralight frame has silver logos and the standard frame set in black has white logos.
Can you confirm which logos you have as most look white but it may just be the camera.

It’s not a secret that Ultralights never came anywhere close to the advertised 733g for a 56cm.

I think this is the lightest UL I have seen on this thread-this is how mine came out of the box as far as with rear hanger, bottle cage bolts, and routing guide. Those parts are roughly 20 grams, so still at least 50 grams heavier than the 733g (which I think was supposed to be for a 56). The black/silver hologram disc frames only seem to be a few grams heavier than the rim UL.
The UL logo looks white from certain angles and with a flash since it's reflective, but the silver/gray is pretty obvious in person.
I had a finish issue with my UL frame that Specialized is replacing for me, so plan on weighing the replacement frame this weekend and will post that weight, though I do not expect it to be much different than the 815g out of the box weight of the current 56 frame. Also will be interested to see when the replacement frame was manufactured-my original frame was ordered in January 2018 and had a June or July 2017 manufacture date (decal under the top tube), so seems like my original frame would have been one of the early frames based on the original release-always thought it was curious that they were sold out for a long time, but when they became available to order again, the frame I got was from July 2017.

Mine is definitely ultralight. Pic with camera flash below. Was disappointed by the weight, but after riding it was secondary.
Final build weight with pedals and garmin mount ended up being 7.14kg (15lbs 12 oz) down from 7.51kg (16lbs 9oz) with my SL5 frame.
Some of the dropped weight was from the EE brakes vs DA9100, though some weight was probably added by going with an 11-30 ultegra cassette instead of the old 11-28. The hed wheels don't look so great with the new frame compared to the old one which might make the upgrade to a set of clx50's happen sooner than I had planned. Bike still has the old plastic cages from my original Venge which I'll swap out soon too. Eventually I think I want to try etap on it but the wheels are my next priority.

Sworks Crankset w/ power2max pm, praxis 52/36 rings
ultegra chain / cassette (11-30)
EE brakes
Aerofly bar
Sworks stem
Sworks power saddle
DA9100 pedals.
