23mm Schwalbe Pro One tubeless seem like a pretty good answer to me. On wide aero rims, they'd measure around 26-27mm... We all know how good they are from a rolling resistance standpoint and the sealant is a hedge against a puncture that could ruin your day in a criterium, circuit race or TT.

25mm Pro Ones measure >29mm on my rims, which creates a 2mm overhang. I'm actually experimenting with 25mm Zipp Tangente Speed RT25s right now, which measure about 27mm exactly, so they might be a good option once a site like bicyclerollingresistance confirms if they are good or not.

Of note, the new Zipps, Mavics and Pirellis all seem to be made by Hutchinson.

The 25mm Ones are indeed wide... however they feel fast and are according to several tests... they are soso puncture proof but the latex helps most of the time

We are splitting hairs here. Both tires are fantastic. Per riders reports, Veloflex excel in longevity. Surprisingly, Veloflex is lighter and half the price. Veloflex print warnings of ETRTO guidelines for modern wide rims. Do not mount Veloflex tires on anything wider than 17mm (inner), period. Specialized don't follow ETRTO guidelines, which is a bit scary when someone mount 24mm S-Works Turbo cotton on Roval ~ 21mm (inner) wide rim. That's crazy! Cotton is so flexible that tire roll off is inevitable. Even 26mm S-Works Turbo cotton is not wide enough to mount on ~21mm (inner) rim.

According to that site, Contintental Grand Prix 4000 S II is pretty damn good for at least training. TT version is for racing. And availability (here in Europe) is good. Specialized Turbo Cottons I have not seen here, even though they do appear a good race tyre. S-Works Turbo does not seem so hot based on those reviews.

I have no reason to buy tyres which I have not seen tested by that site. That can change if someone can show me a better authority. Personal experience be damned -- I want quantifiable test results.

I alternate between 23 & 25mm GP 4000SII's and the 24mm S-works Turbo cotton on my 6.7's.

+1 for the GP's being less supple, I feel like the speed is ~ the same with the turbo cotton, but increased durability.

I was riding Continental Attack/Force (22mm/24mm), and very satisfied from speed, grip, but not for durability. Rear lasted 1500 km (two pairs). Then switched to Vittoria Corsa G+ 25mm, comfortable, very durable, nice grip.. But heavy..Nice durability (i have about 3200 km, and im sure i'll get at least 1000 km from them).

Yesterday i switched to Continental GP 4000 SII 23mm. I allready beat few personal records on test rides today and yesterday. i feel it very fast, nice grip. Hope durability will be ok :) For now i like them a lot.. I'll test them on longer rides, so we will see (but i really like it Attack/Force except durability.. I guess i'll like this even more).

i just pre ordered a set of Pirelli PZero Velo to try out from Glory Cycles. shipping first week of September. maybe i should've gotten the Velo 4S for four season since the weather will start its decline in the northeast.
