Currently using DA 9000 crankset, and will probably buy S-works crankset because some of my bikes use BB30.

Although S-works has a cool factor - carbon fiber in it,
I cannot justify the price only depending on carbon parts and diminutive weight advantage.

Anyone who can explain something good about it other than carbon parts and weight?

Cannot disagree.
Gotta find some kinda practical reason to buy one.

Maybe I just wanna justify credit card bill.

I can't think of any logical advantages.
But if you want it for whatever cool factor you perceive in it, just buy one. You don't need to justify to anyone else.

Stiffness and Weight really are the defining characteristics of the crank itself. Looks are personal preference obviously. But functionally I found it to be extremely stiff and lighter than most the cranks I have owned. I have both the 9000 and the current generation S-Works SRM and the S-Works (although I'm selling it for other reasons) is probably my personal favorite.

If you have BB30 bikes and don't want to mess about with adapters and this being weight weenies ... it's certainly not a bad choice at all. Mine are paired with Praxis rings as you might imagine.
Just ride ..

I had one on my Tarmac but sold that bike. It looked great and was very light and stiff.
No complaints.

Now I have a PF30 Cannondale and went with Campy Over-Torque because it fits and was on sale cheap and I have a Chorus groupset.
I like the look better than Specialized but depends what your groupset is. The only thing i don't like is it sticks out a ways from the BB as it was designed for multiple types of BBs and has press fit arm instead of Hirth joint. But it still has low Q-Factor and works fine.

Weight? My S Works crank in 172.5 with carbon 130 spider and 53/39 Praxis Rings weighed in at 537 grams?

That set up in a DA crank would be ballpark around 640-80? Plus if the frame is BB30 then add the weight of adapters/reducers.

Also relatively stiff as per the FW test.

So much better to run a BB30 crankset in a BB30/PF30 shell than a regular crank.

But there is a lot of choice out there ...

I have run the for a long time with no problem at all really nice crank. If my current bike did come with the Praxis bb I would have ran them again but gave them to my wife.

The S-works also allows you to install whatever rings you want, depending on your requirements for weight, aesthetics, and shifting. You can go for full carbon rings, or chunky stiff aluminum, or wispy Extralite.
My crank is 535 grams including BB. You could go even lighter with ceramic bearings. So, it's possible to save quite lot of weight.
Also, you can pick up a used set for relatively little money.
