I hope so.
We know that's an old picture, but seems the answer is negative.

I have to assume new wheels and hubs are coming because I see clearance pricing on C-24 wheels.

The way RD mounted intrigues me.
Guess Shimano's MTB division has affected road division.

It always does.
Shimano launched its Rapidfire system for off-road riding in the late 1980s.
Then, in late 1989, Shimano began testing road STIs — with the TVM team.
The production eight-speed Dura-Ace 7400 STIs appeared in 1990.

As I know, New dura would have a cable(not wireless)
and a junction which has a function of D-fly.
I want to buy new dura if coming new simano powermeter has a good quality.

Please... how many times have people gone, oh shiiit. It's the new DA. It's a shit render from the team at Argons development team. These have been floating around for years.

+1

Those basic renderings referenced in the Bikeradar article from some "Anonymous Secret Tipster" have been on the Argon18 website since DA9070 was introduced some 5 years ago. Very lazy reporting on Bikeradar's part, especially from a media outlet that prides itself on being so highly in-tune and up to date with the industry(don't quote me on that). Bikeradar has been on a slide since James Haung stopped writing for them, IMO.

I agree that Bikeradar is often hilariously inept at accurate technical details (I think they're aiming more for the newbie/part-time enthusiast/mamil crowd anyway) but on the slide since AngryAsian left? That was like 2 months ago. They're just the same now as they've always been.

Few days ago I talked with guy from Shimano Nordic. 2016/17 will be no new Ultegra, and WILL BE new DA, however NOT wireless. He said that cable could be not assembled to the bike (those on images taken) , but wireless is not even considered as not reliable as cable is. Possibly presentation will be in Taipei on Spring '17, but also it's possible to see (almost) final product at the end of this year.

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that ;)
