Thanks for the tips, but neither has helped. Even deleting and reinstalling MyCampy didn't help and I cannot see the EPS in the Bluetooth menu of the phone.

Is there something else that needs to be done after the firmware update? Thanks!

Okay, it can be a pain for bluetooth to recognize the interface.
When you are trying to connect to the interface by dragging the app down and connecting keep pressing the mode button on the lever every 20 sec. This worked for me. Once your connected you won't have any problems.

Does anyone here know if you need the special tool to reconnect the wire plugs at Campagnolo Super Record ESP?

Has anyone had trouble setting their specs in MyGarage? I can choose my chainset / cassette combo (50/34 - 12/27), but under MyEPS, it always shows as 53/39 - 11-29...

No, you don't. Just line up the white dots and press the plugs together, ensuring that the two little clips either side are fully engaged.

Sorry my bad English. I meant to separate the plugs from each other ;-) :-)

Yes, to disconnect them it's recommended to use the specific tool. You can disconnect them without it, but don't count on not damaging them while doing so.
Cinelli Saetta 6.5kg - nice and dry weather
Reilly T325 7.3kg - nice weather but windy
Spa Audax 9.1kg - all weather steel beauty
Pinnacle Dolomite 7.9kg - flat-pedal chainguard thing
M∆SON Definition 8.5kg - off-road ... thing

I'm also using the SR EPS V3 but have yet to assemble it as my bike isn't with me now.

I did however get everything connected to play around with it and I have to say that the Campy app is just awful.

Lack of ergonomics and isn't intuitive at all.

Did not face issues pairing but it did take a while to pair and custom shift settings cannot be edited. You will have to create a new setting profile and delete the old one.

Thank you. Can not buy it here in Norway. I guess the bike shop`s probably want people to deliver the bike to them to do the job .... !! Will try to order from England or something.

You can disconnect the cable connectors by gently pulling and wriggling. The little tabs on the male connector are VERY fragile !

I think the campag tool is around £30-40, which seems alot considering you get a tool for free with shimano !

Don't risk it, you're likely to irreparably damage the connector if anything goes wrong.

Getting the tool from England is a good idea, I hear the pound sterling is cheap at the moment for some reason ...

A lot of App issues are hardware / software conflict based. Apple have made several changes to the iOS in iOS 10 and to the way in which some aspects of iOS work with iPhone 7 and it's Bluetooth LE module, so that the App has been patched several times to catch up with these changes.

We've not seen the same issues with Andriod (here at the main SC in the UK we run an Andriod based system and haven't really hit any issues at all in the last 12 months plus, since we received the early production examples).

I've forwarded this particular issue to the factory, though, because it's not one which we had (in the UK, at any rate) seen before.

I will post any info I get on it here, as well as mailing you direct, Tim.

Now I'm finished connecting my Campa Super Record ESP V3 to my new Bianchi Specialissima. Downloaded My Campa on my Huawei Mate 8. Connected to the V3. It went quickly and without problems. Setting the specs in MyGarage goes just fine.
It is very important to have the latest software on your mobile phone.
