I use modified (at the clamp) Microshift SL M10 thumb shifter on the stem to use Shimano XTR derailleur with road handlebar.

Question aside, why you want clutch derailleur for road or gravel use ? It's heavier, more part to break, need more cleaning and maintenance. Gravel it's not downhill MTB so I can't understand this clutch desire.
