I have used https://www.sculpteo.com/en/ with other cycling related 3D printing, been happy with them so far, they have lots of options for printing, multiple colors, finishes and materials possible.

Just got all the parts together. Some have mentioned the use of FSA integration. The only problem with ACR headset cover is the bottom prongs are located 03:00 & 09:00
On the Allez split ring they're positioned 05:30 & 06:30

So guys, I made a few changes to get the weight under 8kg if that really matters. Of course, this is weightweenies, but you gotta ask the question if the extra dough is worth the $$$ on an aluminum bike.
Swapping out the chainring, cassette and chain to Red saved 86g.
One piece bar vs aluminum bar/stem saved another 112g.
The biggest savings is the same 55mm depth tubular vs clincher setup for 357g.
Size 56 frame 1530g
Fork 412g
Seat post 173g
Headset/top cover 100g
Frameset total 2215g
Force axs shifters w/calipers & hoses 827g
160/140mm rotors w/lockrings 251g
FD 154g
RD 298g
Two batteries 52g
Force Dub 170mm 470g
Red 48/35T 233g
Wheels Mfg Bsa 96g
Red 10-28T 180g
Red chain 253g
Groupset total 2814g

Yes it matters I always feel its not about having thr lightest bike more making the lightest and best build out of the frame you currently have

Hi there,
I printed them at rapidobject.com - cost me ~20Euro per piece - in MJF technice with PA12 filled with glas balls as material. They came out in a nice black, matching the standard SL7 spacers quite nicely and with very little modification needed according to my LBS who built up the bike ("less modification than we sometimes have to do on original parts"). Thanks for the design @ CoastTheMost

Trying to find out what the offset for my 2020 Sprint seat post is and is there a way still to get a new (Venge vías 0mm 330mm seatpost.
part# S164900006)
Warrenty department has just been shutting me down? I know I need a 0mm offset but want to make sure my stock bike doesn't have one already... cant really tell and couldn't find info on it...
