Quick Question Peeps

My 22' Frame came in yesterday. I'm slowly aquiring parts for the build. I have never built or owned a bike with Disc brakes. Can I run a 140mm rotor front and back to save weight? Would I need an adapter of some sort?

I have an Ultegra 8070 Group going on it.

Thanks

Built mine up with Red eTap 11-speed parts from my older (for sale) Allez Sprint Disc.
I don't have a weight yet. Sorry.

Anyone know why I’m supposed to put in these giant holes:

I bought frame only and there’s nothing in the “parts bag” that would cover them.

What spacer/preload order did you use for your crank?
I'm using that same BBinfinite BB and I'm not sure I've got the chainline exactly where it needs to be.

Does anyone have pictures of a build with the all matte-black frame? I think its colour name is Black / Rocket red

The colorway should be Sand-White Mountains/Satin Red-Gold Pearl and it is at least available in Germany:

Thanks. I wasn't sure about it when it ordered it, but loved it once I got it out of the box.
I loved it even more after I built it up and got it out in the sunlight.

Yep you can and you won't need to use an adaptor. However, I'd only personally do it if you're light and live somewhere fairly flat.

Still need the 3D printed part... but this is the build. Rides great.

This is rad. What's the final weight?

I'll need to re-weigh it next week to confirm when I have access to a scale again, but I believe it was 18.5 pounds when I weighed it earlier this week. It's basically the same weight as built here as my SW Venge - note that the Venge has the aerobars on with TT di2 shifters, and clx64s.

Does anyone in Europe have an older Allez Sprint frame they would sell?
