That's super cool. Do you want to sell it?!

Actually that might be a good point for me to let everyone know that I am leaving ASSOS so will only take part in this thread in a 'fan' basis. There may be someone from ASSOS who comes forward to continue contributing to this thread. However, I will only do so on the basis that I have a lot of ASSOS products, and firmly beleive they make some of the very best cycling kit out there.
I have a feeling I e-know you via social media. I always ask this dude on Insta who's an ASSOS employee (or brand ambassador) about the products. Good luck on the new gig

No plans of selling. It's a tantalizing $530 jacket locally and I got it for a fraction. Would like to see how it performs really. I may be on the overkill side with the Sturmprinz for the rainy weather but hey, I'm not planning to race on those.

And yes, a certain RD used to own it. Heard he's not bad with TTs and likes BMC a bit much😂

Hey maybe you can answer the question I asked re:shoe covers on the previous page @RTW

I can't tell you the product that they are using, only that Pro Teams get to use and test product before it is released to the public.

First ever Assos product that is Made in China. Ultraz winter gloves. Is this something that indicates more items to shift to China? Anyone have any info on what Assos is doing?

I have other Assos gloves that are made in China. Tiburu if memory serves me right.

Are they? This could be the reason why they look pretty cheap and the fit is not what I was used to with Assos's products. Anti-slip gum falling apart at the palm of a hand.. Pretty cheap I would say.

I've heard others say that about the Tiburgloves and have recommendet that they should file a complaint. Mine are fine, and they must be four years old.

I had two pairs of Tiburu gloves - they were great apart from the palm grips falling off on both pairs after less than 50 miles each. Hopeless.

I see they've been replaced by these:

Drop in quality corresponding to manufacturing in Asia for cost saving. Certainly an overstated fear I suspect but Assos is my fav brand.

Ahha. I don't think that the two are actually linked. Correlation and Causation. One doesn't always prove the other.

Assos is my fav too.
