Assos apparel questions
Yep, both sleeves and bibshort leg length is behind the times. And it gets worse if you are skinny and have to size down. I can wear a size L in the Equipe S7 bibshort and the length is just adequate (have about 10 pairs). For the Cento I have to wear a size M. Those look like hot pants on me. I feel like Daisy Duke riding around. Save them for days when I can add knee warmers to avoid the inevitable whistles and cat calls from roadside workers.

Lol... I was going to use the 70’s style cutoff jeans look as well in my description... and you get “cat calls” to boot? I’m jealousMr.Gib wrote:...Those look like hot pants on me. ^That’s the thing... maybe there’s more people with short femurs than long, I don’t know. I’m just being selfish in my request. Or maybe knocking 2cm off every pair saves a whole lot of material in the grand scheme of things and translates into lower production costs for the new owners.

I’ve got fairly short femurs. Long calves.
I’ve got long femurs and calves.
Get off my lawn! I do have a friend who is both rather short and also has relatively short femurs. He has trouble getting bike shorts that don’t almost cover his knees... that’s an exaggeration but not by much. Assos used to have a couple different lengths but that choice went the wayside as well. You can please some of the people hardly any of the time or you can please all of the people none of the time. Or something like that. Ha. But @RTW has the power to change the world as we know it. You do have that power don’t you @RTW? Please tell us you do, and that you too have long femurs .guyc wrote:I’ve got fairly short femurs. Long calves.

There are people that like lengths that doesn't end below the knee and elbows..
Yes I may have stumpy arms and legs. I find the s7 just right for legs.. Don't have the jerseys.
