As if 15 mm hadn't been cruel enough.

Meanwhile I'm lining up for one of these. Erlkoenig, like a car prototype on the Nordschleife:

YES! But which colour?

Raw cut sleeves, summer jersey about to hit the stores.

Blue or red for me.
From a distance the admittedly very cool looking black looks grey and the green doesn't go well with Celeste. I don't have any blue jerseys and I want one.
The red one goes well with my yellow TiburuGiletEquipe, just like my red Campionissimojersey does, and also looks easily spotted pink from a distance. Decisions, decisions.

Do you want to add them to the subtle designs thread?!

Blue for me, definitely.

If a change were made it would be with a new product.

We get just as many people request shorter lengths as longer as difficult as this is to understand if you are in the other camp.

subtle?
(def.)
not loud, bright, noticeable, or obvious in any way
achieved in a quiet way that does not attract attention to itself and is therefore good or clever

HI RTW

The old S7 regime catered to both long camps T.Equipe_s7 and short camps T.campionissimo_s7 and T.Cento.

So the question is, have the new T Equipe Evo been shortened? As I won't buy the short shorts.

Has Assos ditched the ProfBlack concept? I won't be caught dead in the coloured jerseys above.

Lastly are there all black replacements for the Tiburu and Habu jackets?

cheers peter

I'm not RTW (and I don't work for Assos, it's just my preferred brand) but since we all have our own soap box in here:

My Équipeshorts s7 and Campionissimoshorts s7 are equally long (or short). My RSR S9 is quite similar length wise.
Profblack was an end of production run thing, wasn't it? Still there's an all black Assos jersey, the SS.CENTOJERSEY_EVO8, and a couple that are black with white accents: https://www.assos.com/men/jerseys/custi ... lackSeries
Tiburujacket replacement: Mille GT Spring/Fall Jacket (Ritterkapsel) comes all black with yellow zipper
https://www.assos.com/mille-gt-spring-f ... &color=210
Habujacket replacement: Mille GT Winter Jacket (Hashoogi) comes all black with blue zipper
https://www.assos.com/mille-gt-winter-j ... &color=211

The eminent BonkaCento deep winter (sorry, that should read winter ultraz or 3/3 Ultraz) jacket can still be had in Profblack I see.

I really hope they don’t ditch the ProfBlack.

Aren't the ones with coloured zippers or a bit of monocrome patterning black enough? I mean: Even the Profblacks had/have coloured accents.

Btw I find this idea of riding in an all black kit quite British, harking back to the times of forbidden early morning time trials requiring a kit that should be difficult to spot. And then of course there's the pros riding incognito, customers of Dr. Ferrari et al.
But to each his own. Just use a strobing daylight tail light. I use one even when I wear our (Bioracer, mind you) club kit, which looks like the four to the left these days:

I don’t mind the coloured zippers. I do prefer the plain black over patterned though. Seems sensible to offer both.
