^Full leg length, yes. Knickers would have been coded TK23RS.
LL: Long Leg
TK: Tragehosen Knickers
Gotta love the classic Assos nomenclature.

Ah, the Coding School

Tops:
SS: Short Sleeve
LS: Long Sleeve
NS: No Sleeve

Bottoms:
H: Hosen/Half shorts (Shorts w/o bibs/suspenders)
T: Tragehosen (Bib shorts; Shorts with suspenders)
HK: Half Knickers (Knickers w/o bibs/suspenders)
TK: Tragehosen Knickers (Knickers with suspenders)
HL: Hosen Lang (Long legs. Tights, no suspenders)
LL: Long Legs (Tights with suspenders)

Typing T23RS takes less bandwith than Equipe RS Spring/Fall Shorts
Mille GT Summer Jersey? SS13GT. I just made that up.
Mille GT Knickers? TK23GT.
Easy, isn't it?

The mentioned Targa jacket looks like a successor to the Aerojacket 23RS.

That's interesting, I probably don't need it but I like that 2/3 RS line so much.

I wonder if there are other differences than optics and maybe some tailoring fine tuning. All black is probably an easier sell than the yellow vent markers and the RS pattern on the side back panels.

Yes, I'm curious if it's mostly cosmetic, it doesn't look to be a heavier jacket.

Ah! There are two Targa jackets!
One is the rain jacket , the other is this update of the LS23RS/Aerojacket RS.
Makes me wonder if Targa is a new name for spring/fall (or 2/3) garments.

This pictured even has Schlosshund written inside the collar.

Interesting… it looks like it’s more cosmetic as you mentioned..
It seems Assos is going the prof black way in a V2 when it has a garment without big changes
Besides it fails to offer fall/winter garments with brighter colors.. I like and I have both yellow SS and LS 2/3 jersey/jacket.. black looks sleek but I don’t know.. they could have done something in this regard

I like the 2/3 RS line very much as well...especially the bib shorts and the vest.

Not yet on the US webstore yet. Looks like they brought the shoulder vents onto the 2/3 Equipe RS Targa along with new sleeve material?

They have appeared on some other online shops, for example: https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/s?q ... cat=direct

CRC also has this jacket (marked as SS21) that I've never seen before: https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ass ... prod207177
