I have the previous one (the non evo) and they need to be replaced that’s why I was wondering..
@tonytony so as I’m 174x67 and have a RS and a RSR in a S should I consider a XS?
I did the size tool on the Assos website but I fit in the middle.. waist ok with S but large on the hips, waist a bit tight with XS, but correct on the hips

If S fits well, i should stay with S

Thanks for the input… I’m thorn cause rsr has a snugger fit compared to the cento.. and I feel up there there’s a bit of chafing after 3hrs with the rsr.. + having small things and leg muscles..

Can anyone answer which of the summer RS/RSR bibs have the longest leg? Seems like the werksteam is actually a slightly different bib to the S9?

S9 and werksteam have the same leg length the difference is in the different size of the leg grippers.. at least that’s what I gather from some posts above..
For me the rsr are a tad shorter than rs(cannot measure them now, as I’m not at home and I don’t have my rs with me), but I think the best would be to shoot an email directly to Assos to have precise measurements
Nevertheless, imho rsr are just/so good and clearly better than rs that I wouldn’t let leg grippers dictate my decision..

Anyone know if I can/should size down for regularFit? Im 170cm, 68-69kg and wear M in RS jersey/bib. What about cento jerseys? Also size down?
I size down on Cento and Mille GT platform jerseys. Haven't bothered trying Cento or Mille GT/GTS bibs. The RS line is as good as it gets...

Thank you, appreciate the answer. How do you reckon the RSR is that much better?

It’s ‘much’ better, because the starting point (rs) is already quite high, so improving from there I think it’s not that easy.
Rsr plus are: feeling, ‘crunchiness’, weight

Interesting you say crunchiness, that's exactly my first impressions on my RSR, but imo not exactly a plus. From the S7 Campionissimo, type.444 is really nice already. Maybe type.701 is more abrasion resistant and lighter?

I tried the RSR and RS today, and the RSR does feel much better. The price is eye watering though, so will need to think about it. I can justify 380eur winter bibs, 300eur summer bibs is - steep.

Hi guys! I have 2 Assos GTS bibs and 2 Assos aero jerseys. I wanted to give the RS S9 bib's a go since I can get them for a good price. How does the S9 compare to the new GTS? Is sizing the same?

And how to the seams compare? The GTS has 9MM + 4MM dual density foam layers & kratercooler 4mm + goldengate. The S9 has 9mm superair microshock foam + kratercooler 6mm + goldengate.

I wear medium in both S9 and GTS. I like the S9 more.

So size is the same you would say? What makes you like the S9 more? More compression? Better fit?

Yeah for me the size is similar. I think it's the compression and I just find the chamois agrees better with my saddle with the s9. I don't really wear the GTS except for the odd indoor ride.

Does anyone own the Castelli Gabba ROS short sleeve jersey? Wondering how the fit compares to the Assos RS aero jersey?

I wear Large in Assos RS jerseys, jackets, vests and have a 39" chest and 31/32" waist.

I definitely know I should size down buy debating b/w large and XL (6' 160 lbs)
