Isn't it already on the UCI approved list?

Well ther's there's a Venge RIM but it doesn't have to be with that exact fork. I'm not familiar with the UCI rules.

Brake fairings are legal as long as the entire structure follows the 3:1 rule.

The way those people in the picture are laughing their butts off, this could just be a stand-in bike for the purpose of confusing people.

Looks a bit like the Canyon Aeroad CF SLX to my eye.

Well I gotta say Im excited about the 2016 model year from the major brands. First time in a very very long time. The details on that fork are going to be interesting for sure!
Also interesting to see Trek move away from bottom mount brakes and Speci and Scott adopt it. Ive wondered when someone was going to make a carbon brake cover like the old Zipp bike back in the day. No one complained about that thing!

Well I guess rear brake position is the big mystery right now. Certainly looks like an odd thing attached to fork and seatstay area as highlighted.

That would be my guess cause it looks kinda similar to the front. Just wondering how the rear cable brake would run? From the top tube down into the seat tube but the seatpost may be in the way?

Looks like a little bit of the front brake cable is poking out. But that there is a horizontal V shaped shroud that covers the front brake and extends back towards the down tube. Probably has a cutout in the down tube so when fork is straight ahead it neatly fits into the downtube and is flush? Like a front brake fairing.

Has every brand now dropped their chainstay-seat tube junction height? Barring Cervelo and Felt it certainly feels like it.
