Nice. Which Extralite hubs did you use?

Yes a great weight for what I imagine will be a very solid set of wheels that could be used for everyday use. Aesthetically very pleasing too.

Great looking wheelset!

Do Extralite hubs require extra maintenance compared to DT Swiss 240s and Tune Mig/Mag 170/70. I've had good luck with both.

I don't think the Extralites will require any more maintenance than the other hubs mentioned but keep in mind a 240 is much easier to service than the Extralites. Also finding replacement parts for the Extralites is going to be much more difficult than the 240s.

I don't agree that they should be compared on the same level.
DT and Tune hubs are superior in a damp or changeable environment IME.

This is a good point that I should have mentioned. We have a few customers who are on Extralites that live near the ocean. All of them have had to swap bearings once a season which definitely seems a bit excessive.

Damn nice set of wheels! Weight is nice as well, though I've read of other builds coming in at 1300+.
