I am looking for an English web shop selling Avanti Pista EVO 2 frame set.

I could not find any, but know that there would be a few who sell this frame.

Don't think you're going to find anyone here in the UK that is a significant distributor for Avanti.
I've only seen a few of them in shops.
I rang a couple of friends in the distribution industry and they both came to blank.
The main problem we have here in the UK is the markets are flooded by just 4 or 5 really big distributors that deal with multiple marques, sadly Avanti isn't one of them.
There is very little room for independent importation here. There are exceptions such as Mike at Maestro etc. but they are very rare these days.
Will keep asking and try to come up with something, but it's unlikely TBH.

I live a 10 minute walk from Dales, so could pop in and ask if they can get them if you want? They are a pretty big shop, so I wouldn't be too surprised if they brought some things in off their own back.
