Used on shifters it reduces friction by up to 30%. Example: this season, our team rode Sram Red equipped bikes, one of the riders in the team had trouble shifting up on the front, I disassembled his front shifter and used Jonnisnot on all moving parts + the cable and it shifted like butter on a hotplate. Did it to my Campagnolo shifters too, and they are much better now. So the tip is Jonnisnot
