Nice to hear Stegger. I was a bit curious on how stiff this frame turned out to be.
I also ordered Vial EVO D (56/L). I don't know what to expect talking delivery time.
How do you find those plastic adapters for Shimano crank?
I ordered a Rotor 3D+ MAS crank. I just need to try the Q-rings and a crank that should fit directly without spacers.
I will run DA 9000 except for the Rotor kit.
Read somehwere Red FD (Yaw) is not a good match with Rotor Q-rings but Shimano should work well.
Would be interesting to see how new Campa SR work with Rotor Q-rings.

Wonder if they have had a delivery of the THM forks as they now seem to be ramping up deliveries. Just been notified that my XL Evo D is ready to ship.

have received all components for my new build (Clavicula crank, Lightweight wheels, AX saddle & bottle cage, Schmolke seatpost, MCFK stem and roadbar, Di2 shifting, Praxis front rings, new EE brakes, vector pedals, veloflex tyres)...... except the frame!

Stereotaipei, when did you order your frame and from where?

R2-bike. 2 months ago. Order was for the D version. They still claim 2-4 weeks delivery time from order date on their website....
I am fine waiting, what I don't like is the complete absence of information. Expectations should be managed, with honesty. When you order a Ferrari car you wait for 1 or 2 years, but you get very clear information on expected date, with a status on progress of your car along the manufacturing process.
If the wait will be 6mths, I rather order a different frame.

Would appreciate if AX-lightness would be more transparent on this website or by email on typical delays on orders right now. It is a bit scary to read that some people have been waiting for a year.

Same as me, even frame size!
I guess it's not really the store, but Ax who should be to be as you say, a bit clearer on this.
Fine list of components you have. What frame would you use instead if you should change your mind?
Personally i had Berk as close second.

Hi wheelsonfire,
I cannot answer your pm as I don't have enough posts to have this feature activated.
Paid for my frame already 2 months ago.... Wrote to Ax-lightness and to R2-bike but didn't get any answer. I injured myself 2 weeks ago so need to stop riding for a month anyway. If end of month I have no news on delivery timeline, think I will ask a refund.
Not sure what I would buy otherwise. Maybe a R5 frame.

Patience is a virtue... although that bit about waiting 2 years for a Ferrari order is unsettling, but thanks for the 'heads up'. I'm cancelling my order tonight and will visit the Lambo dealer in the morning.

Stereotaipei, did you try calling Ax lightness instead? I think this is better. I have too short waiting time as it is. But when i reach a limit i will call them.
I don't think it really matters where the frame is bought. The stores/ dealers are just middle-men in all this.

Before I ordered at R2-bike, I contacted Ax-lightness to buy directly from them (I prefer to support small manufacturers by buying direct from them).... After the initial answer I got on my first email, I emailed probably 6 times over 2mths to ask what I need to do to confirm my order. Never got an answer so I ended up buying on R2-bike. The full customer service is dysfunctional, which is a pity because they are nice guys doing great products... I think that Nils is a great guy but just overwhelmed.
So right now it is 2months lost waiting for answer to emails + 2 months waiting for R2-bike to ship.
Painful, but it doesn't prevent me to ride my current bikes...
