Cables and Housing Upgrade?

I'm thinking about upgrading the cable and housings on my R5. From reading this forum it seems the best combo is Aligator I link & Power Cordz. Anybody else upgraded the cable set on an R5 who can tell me the actual weight saving plus the performance of the cable set after the upgrade?
There are many topics on this. Being new, I recommend searching first please.

That's at least the lightest option. Powercordz are kind of love-it-or-not, because if you ever have to remove a cable for any reason (or if you make a mistake during instalation) you almost always have to replace the whole Powercord. When installed properly they're great, but do have some downsides to lightweight metal cables.
