At the moment I have shoes Mavic Pro road.
Now I got good offer for Mavic Zxellium.
I am wondering, if Mavic Zxellium is the same size/dimension (especially width) as Mavic Pro road?

Yes they have the same or similar lasts for sizing. I have worn both in the same size with success.
