I have really only found the FM066 to be worth looking it, because I want a bsa bottom bracket also.

what to buy?

im looking for a rim brake frame, not aero frame, with round seatpost, as light as possible, whats the frame to buy right now.

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002 ... 2e0eOPFpqc

i can't really see if this has a round seatpost.
The Hongfu FM008 frameset is very nice provided you aren't planning to run tires larger than 25's.

Is there a directory of the best/most reliable manufacturers of frames and components?

I want to share my build on a budget.
LTK268 frame (self-painted w spray cans), light bicycle AR56 wheelset (UD satin finish), Sensah 2x11 Groupset, ZRace breaks, generic aluminum crankset. Weight with pedals/Fidlock/Wahoo mount is 7.7kg.

It feels really great riding this bike. Not excessivly stiff, but very responsive. Nonetheless a few minor issues:
- handlebar is a bit bendy
- small crack right where the seatpost claps to the frame. Most likely just a paint crack
- Sensah front derailleur is crap. Replaced it by 105.

Any options for a roadie that fits 32-35mm, with disc? I've got a pair of Zipp 303S wheels sitting around and I wouldn't mind a $500 frame to put them on..

Exactly the build I was looking for with the frame I wanted! May I ask how much you got your frame for and where you are located?

That paint-job looks pretty good for a DIY job- care to give a quick rundown of how you did it and what you used?

IDK about a directory, but based on a decent amount of research I personally went with velo-build for the frame I ordered two weeks ago. I've heard good things about tan-tan and dengfu as well. Some people like carbonda but that's honestly the only one I've heard just a few negative things about- but all of these distributors have overall very good reputations from what I've read. Chinertown forums are also a pretty good resource. BTW, if you're curious, the Velobuild frame I ordered was the 068- pretty much a venge clone as far as I can tell.
2014 Madone 5.9 w/R9100 shifters and R8000 everything else- using 38mm ICANs or 60/90 SuperTeams- 7.25kgs with the ICANs and Garmin Vector S dual sided PM pedals- not super light but not a dog, either!

I ordered a gravelbike frame through Carbonda and that was such a good experience I'm now waiting for another frame. I personally would stay away from TanTan due to what I've read and their complete disappearance as soon as something goes wrong. Velo build, lightcarbon and companies mentioned above get good reports for as far as I have read.

I’d recommend the Carbonda CFR-1056. I have 24,000km on my CFR-696 gravel bike and the build quality is great.

I am thinking about buying a LTK 268 Disc brake frame.

But i am between two chairs.

Wich size should i choose?
Very afraid to get too small of a bike.. :|
Any help to get from you guys?
I am 184 cm tall.
Inseam 87.5 cm.
196 from finger to finger.
Quite monkey yes thank you!

LTBike Said maybe 54 would fit me becouse of my height.
I dont want it to be 100% agressive, but maybe somewhere in between comfort and agressive.
Thanks in advice!

I'm 185cm with 86cm inseam, here's my frame geometry (the size is 56). If I were to choose the LTK 268, I'd consider myself between sizes, but would probably go with 56. I only ever chose the road bike size once in my life, so take the advice with a grain or two of salt.

I once read if I between sizes and your wingspan is larger than your height then go up, if wingspan is less than your height then go down.
