Are there any Chinese or open mold frames that maintain 58ish mm trail in the smaller sizes? I have been searching but usually the small sizes have very slack HTA with a low offset fork. I'd rather a normal HTA and deal with the toe overlap than ride something with high trail and slow handling.
Kinda found one. Trifox X16 do not maintain consistent trail value. However, it use 50mm fork offset across the whole size range. So, size 49 and 52 has close to ideal trail value. Meanwhile, larger sizes may become a bit twitchy.

Hambini just recently review Trifox X10 (different model, that one use 45mm fork offset). So I guess they aren't too 'unknown' ?

Just finished my Velobuild-r-099 build, not a weightweenie focused build. choose most common components and need to be comfortable to right.
Ultegra di2 8070 full set (really hard to find the 165 crank), farsports Kaze DT350 wheelset with hutchinson fusion5 performance tubeless setup. Fabric scoop flat saddle (heavy but really comfortable for me)
e.
Looking forwards seeing some images of your build. :D

This week I received my Workswell 268 disc frameset, having ordered it end FEB. Fit and finish are good to excellent. The build specs:

Awesome, just what I wanted to see. Curious if you have a profile picture from the side that shows the integrated bar, specifically the drop of the stem? Also, did Workswell provide any spacers to match the integrated handlebar stem profile and if so, how many and what height?
I just took a quick snap of the handle bars "en profil". There are three contoured spacers in addition to the base plate, 1x 5mm, 1x 10mm, 1x 20mm.

The rubber piece came with the frame set.

Edit: I now see I'm a bit late in my reply haha, haven't visited in a while. Water still gets in the downtube with the rubber collet, but it does look better.

Nice build you have, enjoy! I'm still very happy with mine.

What was the issue? Did they break or arrived broken?
The aluminum insert in the handlebar is separating from the carbon, despite the fact that I use a torque wrench @ 5nm. Workswell never made a fuss, and authorized a warranty replacement within 10 days of me reporting the issue

What also speaks for Workswell is that they want the broken part back to investigate the cause of the failure. Although the failure itself is annoying, so far the way Workswell is handling it is exemplary.

How's your bike overall, do u feel any flex when riding out of saddle and sprint?
Would be interesting to learn, considering buying the wcb-r-256, thanks
Overall the bike is a blast. It corners very confidently, and certainly the BB is a stiff as they come. The fork is not the most rigid in the world I think, as I can get the front disc to rub with out of saddle hard efforts. Not sure how common this is though as this is my first disc brake equipped road bike.

Other than that, this bike just fits me like a glove. I did a 72km ride yesterday, and about 25km was straight into a 4bft head wind, with absolutely zero shelter. I was in the drops all of the time with zero discomfort. It's fortunate I can still use the defective handlebar because Workswell are struggling to keep up with demand. My replacement handlebar is going to be available only in October, and my contact at Workswell told me that they might temporarily suspend consumer-direct sales early next year because they cannot keep up with production.
Oh and before I forget: the replacement handlebar arrived a few weeks ago. So though it took a long time, Workswell came trough in the end. Luckily it was in the off season.

I'm looking for a fork from Hongfu.

Is this their Alabiba store?

Project finished! Did a quick 25km test ride today and my first impression was absolutely great. Will update on my experience again when I've done some more rides. See also https://roadmeister.cc
