Best that is available in Australia? well 90% are not going to be Made in Australia so you might as well contact one of the myriad out there and get them to send some sample sets for quality and size ,most are coming out of mailand China and for shirts you could probably find a decent quality producer up there quite quickly ..shorts bibs etc thats a little harder .
In previous threads KALAS was mentioned they are top Czech company along with Sykora .Kalas actually started out making Assos gear but they are probably not allowed to mention that in their brochures The boss pretty much runs cyclo cross in the country.....further North Poland has quite a turnover making gear for the Americans and Britishh a British ex pro has an outfit up there.
Italians have the flair but if the prices are reasonable they‘ll jusy be rebadging Bulgarian or similar gear they are not silly

As you mention rebadging, you might want to use that word for that polish brand too.

We got a personal designer to do a custom design for us for free, and it was the best looking design we've ever had. Quality of the jerseys was equal if not better than Voler (which we used the year before), and the turnaround was much quicker.
