I've been offered a Storck Scenrio 1.1 frame but it is missing the hanger, seatpost collar and forks. Think I've found a hanger online and guess I can use any quality carbon forks but I can't find a seatpost collar. Can anyone advise where to get one from?

Are you looking specifically for an OEM seatpost collar? There are a lot of aftermarket options if you aren't particular about it saying "STORCK".

Anything that fits well will do but looking at the frame I thought I might need a special one due to the shape of the tubing....

Be aware that Storck uses longer than normal forks - I think 372 or 375 mm A-C - However Storck itself has lots of options available.
