damm it looks good with the TA rings instead of stock! Im going for a 2012 red group and now having second thoughts about getting the crank as well. though Im very happy with my hollowgram, it should go by the year's end to be replaced by the new SISL2 anyway
btw your evo's been an inspiration for mine for a while, you should update your blog with EVO pics from time to time, not the car, the bike

Actually just swapped to Praxis rings, 39 was 31gr saving 3gr, 53 was 97gr, so I gained 6gr overall but have the best rings available now. 11.4#'s new overall weight including pedals, cage and Garmin 200:) Bike has been shifting so well it's silly, no chain catcher and you can hammer the shifts under power in any combo and bang they are right in, now to get that last .4#'s

Any chance we could have a photo with praxis rings on the crank? Maybe one showing whole bike too?

Bump.

Interested in seeing a picture of the Praxis chainrings mounted on the crank.

Looks like it's time for a new crank shootout. Especially if they can getthe SiSL2 to compare.

I am hoping to build a CAAD10 soon as a second bike and have to consider the new Red since it's much cheaper then the Hollowgram.
Only down side is if I go Hollowgram and then get a power meter I would be able to swap between bikes.

I just got these cranks. My 170mm ended up at 548g, minus bb30 bearings/shields. Subtracting chainrings and bolts I think that puts them at around 358g. I think that's pretty ridiculously light for the price.

Very nice. I have the exact same rings but on a custom painted force crank. I am waiting on the new Red group to get here this week.

Your inner ring is on backwards.

Edit: How thick is the Praxis ring and how thick is the SRAM ring?

Left inner ring stock SRAM cause it has cool white lettering:) It is mounted correctly.

Sorry, the laser etching should face the inside not the outside. Your inner ring is on backwards.

CBRE,

How do you like the new front derailleur? I just ordered one to replace my force derailleur.
I am running the Praxis clover rings.

Did you change over to all new red?
