Completely false. What I'm saying is that aero isn't the complete only thing, but neither is the rider. Same rider with different bikes may very well have different performance on each individual bike. At the very worse, an aero frame shouldn't slow him down on the flats.

That being said, aside from my great pleasure of crushing things, I ride 52's and 51 slopings so perhaps my feel of frames is different from yours. They all feel stiff as hell :lol:

I am just happy to see that BMC broke away from their double-triangle curse finally, which was frankly worse than Pinarello's curves (really puzzles me how the Impec won all those design awards with a completely superfluous design).

Bike looks pretty clean. Now if only they could fix the "T" shaped top tube.

This new BMC looks nice.

But that under the BB brake leaves a lot to be desired. I'd keep the same V brake and put it on the seat stays if I was designing this... :smartass:

^ With the rear triangle size, it would be hard to cable the rear brake if it was placed on the seat stay, no?

I think it looks kind of goofy. The lowish profile wheels dont really do it any justice, but im sure it would look great with really deep ones.

I think BMC has finally started delivering them, saw a few private builds already on the web.

It seems to be designed for both mechanical as well as electronic shifting in mind. There clearly is a tab to cover the entrance for cable routing just above the fork interface here:

same pic above: downtube doesn't look to be the slimmest (airfoil/kamm tail) -- wonder if the ridges make up for that aerodynamically...
