Selle SMP Full Carbon - 105g
Selle SMP Full Carbon Lite - 119g
Specialized S-Works Toupe - 113g (130mm) & 115g (143mm)
Specialized Toupe Pro - 133-139g (130mm-155mm)
What else is out there that I'm missing?

Token X-Wing, 109g (also goes by other names and a hell of a lot less expensive than the previously mentioned)

The Merek Mega SQ1 (copy?) is only US$105 shipped.

Mine came in at 115.7g (in the claimed range of 110g+/-10g) and took about two weeks to Australia.

Cheapest Merek Mega SQ1 I'm seeing on US eBay right now is $119 with free shipping. The cheapest Token X-Wing is $154.95 with $10 shipping. Obviously the SMPs, S-Works Toupe and the Selle Italia Tekno Flow are going to be much more than this, but I consistently see the SLR Kit Carbonio and the Toupe Pro go on eBay for prices similar to the Token and Merek. Should I be looking somewhere else for the Merek and Token?

New? Full Carbon rails? for US$107 shipped? Really?
Doubtful.

Don't know how it compares to the SLR, I've never ridden an SLR.
Compares well to the Specialized Toupe though, wider than my 130mm in Toupe sizing.
It's quite flexy under the legs:

In my post above, I stated what the lowest price Token ($164.95) and Merek ($119) saddles were based on current United States eBay auctions. For completed eBay auctions on new Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio Flow (yes, carbon rails) saddles from crosslakesales, I'm seeing 10 listings from $133.94 to $185.49 ($165.49 average). So yes, I would say that $165.49 on average for a Selle Italia saddle is pretty similar in price to the Token X-Wing at $164.95 and not drastically higher than a $119 Merek. The only other Merek Mega SQ1 on eBay right now has a BIN price of $178, so I guess that if I'm using average numbers, I should say that Merek's are currently selling for $148.50, a difference of less than $17.
And yes, I see the eBay Australia auction linked above for the $105 Merek saddle. I will stand by my statement that a $105 saddle and a $165.49 saddle are "similar" in price. If the Merek was going for $60 or the Selle Italia was consistently selling for $200+, then it would be a different story.

That's a 58% price increase from $105. That isn't at all "similar" in price.
But, anyway, the point of your thread is to find "Saddles with cutout or channel and less than 150 grams" so this saddle (Token/Merek) is added to your list. What you choose to do with your money is your own choice.

That includes a 170g seatpost... so could be the bargain of the lot!

Also, with a search on eBay.com I came up with SQ1's from US$110, so very close to the AU$105.

they are comfortable for a lot of riders, and a lot of riders are on them. comfort is personal.
secondly, comfort and good blood flow are completely independent. you can be riding with a big grin on your face right up until your genitalia falls off. i personally prefer to ride a saddle that has been designed and tested to reduce blood flow minimally. most of those saddles have a cutout or channel.
