Di2 wire plugs for Ultegra/DA

Are there any other plugs available for Di2 cables besides Shimano SM-GM01 / SM-GM02 plugs? From the pictures I would say that the wire passes throught at 45 degree angle from the these ones.
Im looking for plugs through which the wire passes straight through.

I think Specialized has some: Not sure if you can buy these? I got a pair from my loval LBS.

Seems that Trek has too, but can you buy them?

This plug (one) is included in Trek's Di2 kit for the Madone. Not sure if it is available separately. Knowing Trek it has a separate part number which is impossible for mere mortals to find.
