SRAM 10 speed flat bar shifter?

What is the cheapest compatable 10 speed shifter I can buy to control a SRAM Apex RD? Only using it on the trainer so I don't care how it mounts.

The chain is on the big ring with no FD, the cassette is 10 speed. Don't plan to use the big/big so would 9 speed shifter work too.

SRAM X5.... Basically any SRAM 10 spd shifter will work.

What about some old bar end shifter in friction mode?

have a look on the SRAM site - not all shifters are compatible with road rear mechs, from my hazy memory.
