I am not discrediting Farsports, but you know i had bad experience from farsports, and no replacement rims or refund, after-sales service is the same important as products quality i think, what's more, the price is too high when i compare to focus-carbon.

I do not disagree about customer service. 10 times out of 10 I would rather spend a little more money for better service than save a buck and get treated poorly.
I've spoken to Justin at Focus-Carbon as well. I am weary about an overseas purchase as it is and thus far there is more feedback for Farsports than for Focus... that may not be Justin's fault though. And yes he has cheaper rim prices but the Powerway hubs he uses don't seem as "highly regarded" as the Bitex and the rims he's selling are heavier than what Farsports currently offers. If it's just because he hasn't updated his website then... that's his mistake!

Oh, and Justin quoted me quite a bit more for shipping than Farsports!

hey, all your guys do not need to argue who will be your supplier of these chinese wheels here, you can choose Farsports or others prefer Justin, that is life.

Anyway i don't recommend the light rims or wheels from China, sometimes it works well, but sometimes it fails, good luck.

I don't think anyone is arguing. More like trying to pool information that's been gathered.

my quote (5mar12) from "sales3@farsports.cn" for FSC50-CM 50mm clinchers with Bitex, sapim cx-ray, UD matt, basalt braking, and 20/24 internal, was $628 total ($553+$75shipping to CA).

I'm going for the Enve and Reynolds style with UD matt and internal nipples. I may also go with Novatec hubs bec/ it's external hub body is exactly like DT240s. Of course, hub internals are different (3 pawls vs. star-ratchet($300 difference)). I weigh 158-160# so i can't go too superlight on wheels, a sacrifice of 20-40gr on the hubs is fine.

I'm ready to pull the trigger. Got tax returns! I'm goin' to Sizzlers!! :beerchug:

That version of rim is not lightweight.
About shipping you should ask your seller, and it depends on the country where you live.. From china usually 3 weeks..

Maybe on cheaper rims but my EDGE carbon clinchers do not have those holes in the brake track.
