Fwiw I am really happy with my Galfer Wave rotors. A step up from Dura Ace ice techs.

Yes, great rotors. I ran them in 2022 but decided to try new Shimano rotors this year, let’s just say that I already have new set of galfers ready once Ultegras are done Image

Awesome build, please post more pics once you get it outside! I’ll probably be building mine over the weekend but I don’t think I’ll get to properly ride it at least till February

New Aethos Sport model

https://www.bikeradar.com/news/speciali ... hos-sport/

In this day and age, £3,000 for a bike with a frame that will still be very light and have lots of upgrade potential really isn't that bad IMO.
Only £100 more than an Allez Sprint with basically the same components, can't see them selling too many complete Allezs now. The framesets always do alright though.

What are my options when it comes to zero offset seatposts that are not heavier than stock alpinist and at least 360mm?
- darimo (I don’t really trust QA and safety here)
-schmolke (seems super solid but also super expensive)
Anything else?

MCFK has a nice and light one that could be a good choice here

I also found Bjorn seatpost that looks interesting, same price as mcfk & darimo:

Installed a THM frontale combo bar today. My local shop had a great deal on the exact size I wanted. It doesn’t feel as ‘skinny’ in the hand as the Alpinist cockpit. Aethos now sits at 5.7kg as pictured sans pedals.
I’m now considering putting the Alpinist cockpit onto an Aspero. Has anyone tried this on a gravel bike? The bar is nice and stiff and I’m not a heavy rider. Image
