That looks pretty alright as these things go, a pie plate cassette isn't freak-worthy by itself.

Does this bike count?
No?

Q-rings on Shimano cranks are a bit meh, but it's a legit choice. The saddle angle sucks but not too unusual, and the mech looks like it might snap off in big-big but that's a mechanicing issue. Heck, by the look of the front brake cable the build's probably not even quite finished. Overall unless I've missed something it's just a slightly untidy high spec road bike. Not a freak.

LOL, I noticed that front brake cable too. Rather long and no end crimp.

With that cassette and that seat angle, it looks like it's set up to climb 25% gradients.

Dad: Yeah... well... now his body’s fine, but his mind is gone.

What's the point of an aero frame if you're going to drill the hecc out of it to make it lighter and ruin all of the aero in the process. I highly doubt this thing gets ridden though, looks more like a show/museum piece to me.

The dremel work is appalling; how could the guy forgot about the chainstay and the fork?

Frankly, I’m shocked the rims are not drilled out. There’s a ton of material there.

Well obviously the fork has been left intact. Y'know, safety first :beerchug:
