Hopefully this puts the idea that Costa is riding SIDI to rest...he wears shoe covers as I said.

I don't care how aero or great those POC helmets are, but they are hideous. They look like something bought at Walmart!! Same goes for the glasses those 2 last Garmin riders are wearing on the picture above.

^this^

If I was provided the helmet free I wouldn't ride it in public even on a dare.

djconnel: those helmets are beautiful in comparison to the hideous POCs. If attention is what they are looking for they could've at least put some effort into making a good looking helmet which also attracts attention... ;-)

Rendell interview on Pantani, 10 years after :

Rendell writes so intelligently. In general I don't read cycling books. Will make an exception for this I think.

How anyone thinks that Pantani's story is unworthy of discussion, is just staggering and beyond me.

Pantani's story is as worthy of discussions as are Armstrong's, Ricco's, Landis', Rasmussen's, Ullrich's, Leipheimer's, Simeoni's, Virenque's, Zulle's, Garzelli's, Di Luca's, Millar's, Heras', Hondo's, Basso's Contador's, Scarponi's, Petacchi's, Vinokourov's.... and on and on and on.

As far as I see, Armstrong was a real asshole. Yes, him and the others listed were dopers. But I see a bit of a difference, perhaps others see that too.
