Jeez... I was hoping Quintana to win. And Froome saying he wasn't accelerating? He must see the TV footage.
Naah.
As I said to myself after Ax 3 Domaines, I should only watch the non hilltop finishes, if I don't want to be upset.

Anyway, it's good racing even if I take out the yellow yersey wearer.

As far as I know, the final feeding distance to finish line is determined based on the conditions of the day. Today it was 10k, not the usual 20k. And no, I'm not a Sky fan.

What I find totally ridiculous about so many commentators (Phil and Paul are you listening?), is the "he was born at altitude, you know." I mean, where do they come up with this nonsense?

Not to mention Quintana (who was actually born at altitude) was absolutely blown at the line and Froome looked like he could have continued to the top of Everest......

Another win for Team Movistar-Sky.

I find that the only thing (assuming he is clean) disconcerting about Froome is that he is so gangly and lanky.

I hope Froome is clean but that display on Ventoux has lowered my confidence...

Jeez that sounds odd...

He reminds me of Gollum.

The sad reality is that with all the doping in the eras gone past, pretty much any monumental achievement is going to be greeted with a certain degree of cynicism and skepticism, which I guess is a sad testament to the dark days of cycling..

I could think of few things worse than owning that stage last night, then reading in the papers that so many people thing you're on something...
If only Froome dog hadn't done the look back glance to AC LOL
At least the scenery is nice.

Gold !!! and the fact FROOMESTRONG said "I believed in myself "
Ol Bertie must not have had enough faith .... I can feel a Jim and Tammy Baker moment coming on from SKY
