Looks like a fall just after a feed zone or something, he still has a musette with bottles on him. Maybe he grabbed the wrong bike in confusion?

Yes, JK. He's sponsored by the Korean Storck distributor.
I was in his team last year, when he won the amateurs Tour of Korea. Extremely humble guy. I'm very happy to see him get this chance.

Anyone know what odds I can get on Pozzovivo for the World Champs TT?

The parcours in Florence is pan-cake flat, so I guess Pozzovivo is not a contender. I predict that Tony Martin will have the advantage on Cancellara as the Swiss guy is just the best of them going up a (not-so-steep) hill as shown in the TT, but that won't matter in Florence anymore.
A different conclusion from Pozzovivo's TT: TT bikes are proven to be quite unnecessary.

Over the ocean, what odds on Sagan winning every stage of Alberta?

He says he picked it deliberately, for going uphill faster.

Pretty darn high considering the rest of the field and the course which somehow avoids the Canadian Rockies and instead opts for the prairie lands and oil fields.
Speaking of which, can anyone from Alberta care to explain why they completely avoided the mountains?
Exp001 || Other projects in the works.
My understanding is that the route was changed because of flood damage. They had more mountains in the original plan but that had revised as a result of the severe flooding in June.

I'm still waiting to hear why they avoid the most challenging summit finishes and mountain passes in the USAPCC or Tour of Utah. Everyone locally that lives in either location that I know is as well. Instead, we get criterium stages.

Do those finishes you are writing about KWalker finish near a town? Money is the main deal with where most any stage finishes.

Hat tips to Gilbert having finally been able to raise his arms again. And in some style.
