just wanted to note that now that Wiggle is shipping to the US, they are a terrific online store. they sent me the wrong item but, not only was exchange hassle-free, they refunded my postage for the return. (and almost nobody does that!) :thumbup: :thumbup:

If the retailer screws up and sends the wrong item and you have to it return it for an exchange, as it was their mistake paying for return postage is their responsibility

Wiggle have always been really good with me, low hassle and a great returns policy :thumbup:

However they don't stock as many brands as they used to IMO.

Seriously good prices and their service has never failed.

Just bought my Lightweights from Wiggle. Although the service wasn't that great to begin with, the Director of the company telephoned me in person today and all the problems were sorted out! To be honest, I really wouldn't buy from anywhere else!

I was looking on Wiggle. They were showing me an extra 10% off so I decided to look for some extra stuff. A few hours later the extra 10% has vanished. Do they pull these tricks? Or, was I just probably unlucky that the 10% off expired midnight UK time (6 hours ahead for me in the US)?
