Two eBay wheelsets have landed at Momo towers this week,

The first are a pair of DT Swiss XR1501, 650Bx25mm. They need new bearings and a pair of 12mm adaptors for the front wheel, but they were cheap! 1549g on my kitchen scales with the shimano freehub and TL valves in place (I'll be swapping to XD, which came included), will be fitted with 47mm tyres for my Exploro.

The second, DT CR1600, these are in mint condition, not the lightest at 1769g! Going to be fitted with Conti terra trail/speed combo

Now just need to order the new tyres and some cl rotors.

Pulled the trigger on a Sarto Asola frameset last week. Lead in time of 8 weeks so should be here just in time for Christmas. I'm pretty stoked about it to be honest. I'll post an update on the frame and build when I get it.

Congrats! I'm considering an Asola disc or Seta Plus

Two more berk lupinas, one will be a spare. Also picked up the roval alpinist seatpost at the bike shop today, wasn't planning on it but it looked sooooo darn good.
Don't really understand how they are claiming this gets 20mm of setback but I'll measure later.
Lupina 1: 94g, Lupina 2: 96g. I also brought a scale to the bike shop to pick the lighter post of the two that they had in 300mm, the lighter one was 134, the heavier one was only a handful of grams heavier.

After two years of contemplation I finally decided to try a smart trainer, cold weather rides, even in milder climate of SpB, are just not fun, with runny nose and more complicated sweat management. On the first try, I couldn't manage more than 15 minutes of "Indoor Cycling" in the Wahoo Fitness app, hopefully because of lack of practice during last several weeks and not other, unsolvable reasons. Looking forward to try Zwift soon.
