Love those Neutron wheels.
Best wheels ever: light, strong, hidden nipples, straight pull spokes, smooth aero hubs and affordable.
Bling factor is almost zero but I don't care.

What tires are on them?

As you say, no bling factor but the quality and feeling is great.
Vittoria Corsa SC 23mm with latex tubes.

Not the back on my helmet, but I can feel the ends my Oakley Commit (Woman's) slightly on the top of my head. Nothing annoying enough for me to not park them there though.
The "eye garage" (as POC call it), is really designed for POC glasses.

Do a Google image search and you'll see I wear my glasses higher than the eye garage.
