Yep, had pain in my feet as well. Untill i found out that i needed to relax my feet and not tighten all the muscles in them to control my motions. Once my feet were relaxed i was aa happy as larry.

Did you try any other insoles (or molding the original ones)?

The R1 have a high in built arch which tends to make most aftermarket insoles not that much more effective than the stock ones.

I eventually got some Sidas soles which made the situation better. Still feels high in the arch (and I have good arches!?) but much better. Slightly disappointing on a £400 (with insoles) shoe. Try before you buy!

Was going to get new shoes in january but since these are limited and the stocks are running out i just couldn't risk waiting.
The fit is very good compared to a S-works road shoes these are more secure and much less heel slip.

Are you comparing them to the newest generation of S-works road shoes *the one's with 2 boa's and a lower strap*? If so, how did you find the sizing between the two? Was it roughly equal in that if you wear a 42 in one you would suggest a 42 in the other as a starting point?

i owned both at the same time deciding (well all three if u count the 2011 sworks).

The 2011 sworks has bigger toe volume and space compared to the 2013 sworks. I found the 2013 to be more 'snug' and the asymmetrical lacing solved some of my issues
Sizing wise i found that shimano 40.5 = 2013 sworks size 41 , 41 in the shimano was a little too 'long' for my liking
In my opinion the 2013 sworks and r320 have the same 'heel secureness', which both are better than the 2011 swords

Man that's a sweet return on a $5 investment!

Sell em to me for $10 and that way you've doubled your money :)
