Second pair of shoes and inserts. The shoes fit me so good in the wide version that I’m sure they’ll change the shape in a week. Always happens when I find something that fits me close to perfect, so bought an extra pair.

Also, ordered a custom insole kit to send for custom insoles as my feet are funky in shape and width!
I currently have S-Works 6 Wide road shoe and need to replace them at some point. Do you have any experience on how the wide model S-Works compare to these wide Shimano’s? There’s no store near me that has these Shimano’s in stock.

I used the s-works u til they changed it a bit with the current version. No question the Shimano have more volume!!!

Great price, I've noticed you've recommended Santini before. What do you like about their kit? I'd be tempted to try some but not a massive fan on their looks.

IME Santini makes some of the best cycling clothes. They have a huge heritage and they were always connected to pro cycling. The quality of materials and fit is second to none and they are still made in Italy and not in the Far East or in the Balkans like others. Their prices are very good considering the above and when you buy them on sale (like in their factory outlet store) the price is unbelievable.
They offer many different designs nowadays, from ultra minimal to pop and pro-like with many logos etc. I am sure you can find something you like.
Other brands I would suggest you to look at is Giordana and Alé (both made in Italy). Assos bibs and jackets are awesome IME but way too expensive, I only buy them when on sale. Castelli and Sportful are not at the same level than the others I mentioned. Not as well made.

for my Miyata One Thousand touring bike:

Honjo H-47 mudguards (current mudguards are tight with GP 5000 (32,s) and these Honjo will allow me to use 38's with lots of clearance (I'm planning a (wild camping/fishing tour on the coast in Ireland and I will be able to use Panaracer Gravel King SK in 38's)
