I just hope I can do this tape justice by properly wrapping the bars with it. Especially finishing the ends.

May I ask how much did you pay for bartape plus postage? I would be interested for a saddle recovering.

10k AUD (7500 Usd) for a T-shirt seems a bit much, but they do include a pretty nice bike to go with it!
