Just bought a new, sold stock (NOS) 2016/2017 Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon SL C (clincher, rim brake, pre-UST) wheelset. Factory stated weight was 1450g/set, but they came in at 1565g/set or >5% over. Oink, oink. (I'm led to believe that I might save ~45g w/Veloplugs if I remove the factory rim tape that looks permanent but isn't. viewtopic.php?f=113&t=138630&start=60)

Factory Mavic skewers are unimpressive 118g/set, but I wasn't expecting much.

On the other hand, two new Pirelli Velo 4S 23c clincher tires weighed in at an impressive 202-204g/ea. (I'm a Schwalbe Ultremo / ZX / Evo / One homer through and through, so these are destined to make someone else happy.)
