Opinions on the rear light please.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So far so good. It is powerful, offers many lighting modes, easy to recharge through usb and the battery lasts a couple of hours in daylight mode (I have not test it for more than 3 hours). It was easy to attach on my aero seatpost too.
I have had 2 of those lights. I lost the first one within a week. Make sure you tighten the rubber mounting band tight in the slots on the side of the light.
With the second one I found it was flat everytime I went to use it. I then charged it up and pulled it apart. The battery is a 520mAh battery. On the bright flashing modes I only ever got about 2 hours use before it went flat, due to the small battery and large drain.
I also found that the light is actually pulling 3 to 4mA all the time when it is seemingly switched off. The on switch is really just a mode switch with no off. This means if you don't keep charging it will likely be flat before you use it. A
I have removed the internal battery from mine and instead power it with a 3000mAh external 18650 battery that I can disconnect when not in use

How do the fit compared to similar size Sidi or Giro? Did you size down by 1/2 a size?

For your reference i use:

Sidi Drako (mtb) - 47
Giro empire SLX - 45
Shimano S-phyre - 46

cheers
Wow really? I always thought Shimano ran larger than Sidi/Giro which I’m exactly 44.5 in, guess not for this model.

Well, the S-phyre's were my frist pair of Shimano Shoes and that's what worked for me. I tried the 45's aswell and they were a tad small.

If it helps, the other shoes i have are:

- Bont Vaypor - 45.5
- S-works - 45
- Mavic - 45 1/3
- Rapha Gt shoes - 45 (same as giro)
- Northwave - 45

 I jest, I jest! :D
Picked one of these up used for a little over 10% of the original retail price. It seems really nice quality and warm for riding through the Scottish winter, even if they've been a little mild the last few years.

Long story short: my Canyon Ultimate CF SLX was damaged due to a stupid fall so I bought a new bike.

Very likely a set of FFWD F4R FCC's (have to make a test ride)

Di2 sprint shifters as climbing buttons

K-Edge pro chain catcher as I do not like the standard Bianchi one

Deda metal blast aero clip on bars for the flats

Waiting for the delivery in my local bike shop :-)

Really looking forward to some ride review on this, especially head tube stiffness. Also on my short list of new bike along with S5, Madone SLR.
