I joined cyclo club for a month. I would say it is a great tool for off-season work. There are loads of workouts that you can do indoors with or without a trainer. There are enough to keep it interesting. I think a lot of his training regiment is based off Joe Friel's book also, so its a good supplement to your annual training plan.
