Well, 5 more weeks to the 2008 grandfondo Pinarello. I have signed up for the long course and will be riding a Prince for the first time. I have a friend who is a distributor of Pinarello and he invited me to the event this year. I am familiar with the terrain since I vacation often, just north east of Trevisio.

Has anyone in the weight weenie group ridden this event?.

Just trying to get some insight as to what to expect. I understand that the first kilometers it gets pretty fast then tapers down as we hit the first climbs.
Thanks

I've already done it 3 or 4 times, can't remember, but anyway ever the shorter event.

Expect a very fast race and if possible keep the right side cause the traffic is open and sometimes it happens to find some cars on left side as said.

If you need more info, Im here.

Goodluck.
