Bike Storage, Stashed but Cheaper

I'm looking for a wall or ceiling mounted bike hanging system for around 10 bikes.

I really like the Stashed solution, but it's so expensive.

Can anyone recommend anything similar, but cheaper?

You can build something like the Stashed system with parts from most large hardware stores-it's a "sliding rail" system. Sometimes called a "butcher's hook" system; basically sliding garage door type parts. The Stashed system is certainly nice and seems very well done although I've never seen one in person. Probably 1/3 to 1/2 the price depending on what you need to either hang from a ceiling or space out from the wall once done. Of course they've done the work of configuring a good looking solution, something to be said (and worth) for making it easy.

We had a hardware store built system in a bike shop I worked at for the repair bikes, 99.9% of the time no damage to bikes as we pushed them back and forth to get one out (often had 25 bikes hanging) in a very cramped space every day. Of course there was a special area and stoppers for "expensive" bikes to keep them out of the commuter mix.

Basically buy some square rail at your big box home improvement store and then source the trolley rollers from amazon and install your hooks.
