Not got a blanking port and the FD mount just looks ugly if I leave it on but underneath isn't painted so it's just raw carbon.

A piece of black electric tape works smoothly for me, but on a colorful frame you'll have give it more effort. I'd check if blue electic tape colors fits. If it doesn't, order a matching color vinyl sticker.
